Nominations for the Board of Directors
In accordance with the model rules of the NHD Co-Operative Limited, nominations are called from any active member of NHD seeking election to the NHD Board of Directors.
Current Directors G Goulding and T Place will retire under the rules of the
Co-Operative and have indicated they will be seeking re-election.
Term of Directorship is 3 years.
Any persons who are NHD members and feel that they may be interested in this position, should direct further inquiry and requests for nomination forms to: -
